HiPoint Energy’s leading experts in biomass conversion technologies are revolutionizing the green waste and brown waste disposal industries through harnessing untapped markets through the power of biomass to energy. Using a modular and portable Indirectly Heated Pyrolytic Gasification (IHPG) system will bring biomass conversion for energy production straight to the source.
Modular
The modular units are designed for transportation and assembly within cargo containers, and can be left permanently or relocated based on seasonality and the availability of feedstock at a site. HPE’s system is designed for on-site deployment, enabling farms and rural communities to achieve energy independence quickly and affordably. The modular HPe-6 reactor system will be designed to be highly automated and have a central monitoring system to allow for low operational skill or presence required.
Replicable
Through HPE’s experienced manufacturing and engineering partners, HiPoint Energy can begin mass producing the HPe-6 system across North America and overseas. We are excited to expand across sovereign tribal territories, into rural lands, and onto the numerous agricultural farms around the world.
Scalable
One of the unique design elements of the HPE system is a centralized system allowing for on-site adaptability to different feedstocks or output ratios. The system is initially designed for plant-based lignocellulosic (woody) material such as agricultural residue, cannabis waste, landscape trimmings, cardboard, and non-halogenated plastics. The system can be built as an array with multiple reactors to increase input and output capacity, ensuring full scalability.

Economical
Our technology's energy is self-sufficient when provided with a steady feedstock input, making alt-diesel production radically less expensive than competing methods. This is achieved through a combination of factors: the "plug flow" process ensures consistent energy content and minimal gas leakage, high-temperature separation allows for clean production, and numerous innovations further enhance the conversion process.
